Sleep is reduced to around 4 hours. Used to work late and sleep late. Started waking up early morning. Is becoming a habit. On top of this, some food like meat, if taken bit more than usual qualtity, it will cause some sleep time per my experience. Is it possibly affecting my liver anyway?
