Muscular Pain gets aggravated with movement of the muscles.
Cardiac pain won't. It increases with exertion, walking, and decreases with rest. You feel restlessness and perspiration.
Next Steps
However, if you are having left sided pain if you think muscular or from acidity. You should go for an ECG and rule out any Cardiac cause.
Because symptoms may vary in different persons.
