Mom has experienced twice an issue that while sleeping when she has slept on the right side, she experienced a severe pain in the centre of her chest. If she then lies flat then the pain goes away. And it is very random because it doesn't happen always. I was suspecting heartburn so i gave her rantac 300. . Another issue she is facing is that the soles of her feet get hot at times and she gets the sensation as if the feet are swollen or at times tingling sensation. After a while it will automatically get better.

Does not drinking enough water make you  Constipated ? Yesterday i have been walking for 5 hours without drinking  water will it make me constipated?

My hair are getting grey/white very fast. I am living healthy lifestyle, My stress is in control due to yoga. Could it be happening due to any deficiency? Should i get some tests done?if yes, thn which one?

Having alot of itching on my legs and hands after itching skin gets swollen and feeling like fire and gets red  , skin gets scratched to due to itching. Even on chest so itching  skin was little dry on chest. Kindly suggest.
