I was diagnosed with peritoneal TB and iam taking atk medicines Doctor said fluid will dry on it own by taking medicines But even after more than 2 months of taking TB medicines I still feel fluid in stomach, when I sleep to sides my stomach bulges downwards Now iam getting pain while sleeping in sides Is my fluid go away ?

I am experiencing pain in the rib cage region above the liver. I had taken a scan and have attached the scan result in this question. It says liver enlarged to 16.5cm. The doctor has suggested Liv.52 tablet for now. Do I need to consult any specific doctor or take any scan? The pain is there more during day time and less during sleep time. But the uneasy feel is always present at the ribs. Pls suggest me a solution
