I am having firstly neck stiffness, which sometimes causes light bearable pain and sometime back head I.e back head joints ( Occupital Area Bone). But today I am having sudden day time sleeping, now also having. Feeling sleepy and also having a sensation of dizziness. Please guide me what will be the cause?

I keep getting recurring stabbing pain in my clitoris and on touching the groin area v shape tip. I suffer from pcod so have irregular menses and need to take a pill for the same. It is a very uncomfortable pain and I have it chronically since a while now. Pain upon sitting and sometimes when severe, even walking is tough. Touching the clitoris directly is also painful.
