I am having stomach discomfort, stuffy nose,mucus dipping at the throat and ears clogged feeling. My spo2 and heart rate are in normal range. Can i take covid vaccine?

My mom who is 47 year old feels tired all the time and can't do any physical work get tired quickly feel restless all the time and feels joint pain and headache (after every 3 or 4 days) legs hurt all the time. I am thinking of starting revital capsule to her. Is it right thing to do ?

Respected sir im 105 kg after doing workout. Briskwalking dieting and doing dash diet I lost 7 kg weight in a 15 days . in present im 98kg  my height is 6.feet1 inch ..every moring I do brisk walking and in breakfast I take 1 plate full  fruits  like Apple .carrot .beetroot. Mosambi.oranges .and sometimes I take oats with pasturized toned milk with adding little honey and pistachio and fruits in garnishing and ...green tea I take after bf . 3 roti in lunch with a boil vegetable with little salt.some time I take India gate brownrice  In evening doing exercise 1 hours and brisk walking after exercise for 15 min after coming home I take green tea in night I take 3 roti with boil vegetables and brisk walking 25 min continuesly According to my height what should be my weight plz guide me best diet for maintaining a healthy bp and life style ... Is brown rice is good for healthy heart and maintaing a healthy bp ...

Doctor my anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and i took 3 vaccines till now and my Last 4th vaccine due next month but today my friend's dog Licked my eyes and dog's saliva goes in my eyes Dog is not vaccinated so what should i do now? Hi my mother is 50 yrs old. Her weight is 93.5 kg. She is having trouble walking due to excessive breathlessness, swelling & having pain in spine, waist and arms from past few weeks. She is taking medication for hypothyroidism (thyroxine sodium 100mg) Recently we consulted some young (jr) doctors in AIIMS, Gorakhpur (UP). During general check up they found her blood pressure was: 170/114, after few mins (168/110) (earlier for past 2-3 years she had instances of hypotension & hypertension) They asked for some tests: CBC+PS, HbA1C Test, Routine Urine, ECG, ECHO, RFT, Biochemistry lipid profile, Immunoassay (Free TFT). They found the test reports to be normal and said it's all happening because of thyroid, also prescribed with some medication  for a period of 1 month and asked to come with a blood sugar test next time. Please guide me should I continue with the medication?
