Hello doctor, i had delivery on 20 august my weight reduced from 73 to 65.65 in following month. my current weight is 62.85 so i have lost 3 kgs in a month without trying to loose i have good appetite and IBS was in bit strees last month and had diarreah for 2 days IS this much weight loss normal? or worrysome i m not breastfeeding had two heavy menses for 10 days

My urine output has become low as I drink 2litre water 15 days back I had UTI which is negative now but pus cells(30_40) are still there with negative urine culture my kft was normal with 0.7 serum creatinine,plz tell the cause?

Since about 3 months I am experiencing low energy levels. I am too tired all the time, and unable to be productive at work, I keep procastinating things. I used to work out with proper diet for 3 months before this. I had to stop since I didn't have enough time. I assumed my body is having some muscle loss and that's why I am having low energy and calf muscle inflammation. I went to the doctor and I was advised to take a pain killer and vitamin E tablet evion for a week. It worked upto some extent but now back to the same energy levels. I also have a history of low vitamin b12.

I need yellow fever vaccination and typhoid too. I have come from USA to India for the first type that's why, kindly refer me to any of your affiliated hospitals or lab where I can get it.

I had taken Tetenus Toxoid vaccines many a times in my life..The last TETENUS TOXOID VACCINE, I had taken around 18 months ago ( I.e 1& 1/ 2 year ago. Today I got scratched in my knee by  my wrist watch STEEL Chain.My knee's skin got scratched with minor bleeding..The wrist watch is a very new one..Do I need a Tetenus toxoid vaccine now for the presaid injury by wrist watch ?? I am very much confused about TETENUS VACCINATION as Tetenus is a very fatal disease ?? Please Sir, Do reply me at earliest so that I could free myself from this difficulty?? I wanted to know, if i can contract covid, if i eat a pill which was fallen on the floor? Will it carry the virus?

I had taken Tetenus toxoid vaccine many a times in my life..But I am not sure about my primary immunization schedule..I.e 3 doses of Tetanus Toxoid vaccines.. I took my last Tetenus Toxoid vaccine about 18 month( 1& 1/2 years ago). Today, I got scratched on my knee skin with a Newly Wrist watch's steel chain with minor injury & Bleeding.. Now, My queries are . 1. Do I need now a Tetenus Toxoid vaccine for the above mentioned injury by the steel watch's chain ?? 2..How can I get complete vaccination against this fatal Tetenus Disease ?? 3 .How can I know when I have to take TETENUS TOXOID VACCINE ?? 4..Please suggest me When to take TETENUS TOXOID VACCINE as I have taken numeral TETENUS TOXOID VACCINES in my life so far.. 5.I am very confused about the Tetenus Toxoid vaccination schedules .Some Doctors say..When You get an  injury take a booster dose of T.T..some says not take TT within 5yrs,some say 10yrs  of the last dose of T.T taken. Now, please reply me in a very simple way SIR !

I was in fever with severe headache. Now I am okay. It was about 4days. In the third day, I faced black out of my eyes for few seconds while having dinner. Now after 5 Seconds it became okay. I was on Azithromycin for 5 days as my doctor advised. I didn't care that at that time. Now the matter is 8 years ago I also had same problem during fever. Eye black out in bathroom for five seconds. Now my question is, should I be  about this matter?

2nd dose of Covishield was taken on 26th after 26th, I have been facing a very weak health and also have developed a lot of cough on my chest. I had been taking steam and trying to control the cough and it is being controlled to a great extent but still the weakness is persisting. Also my voice has changed and it has turned out to be very husky and I get light headaches periodically but no fever. I'm not unable to understand what is to be done. Please help me in getting the right advice so that i can get back to the normal life. Thank you 🙏.

Doctor my cousin's anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal route and he took his 3rd ( Day 7) rabies vaccine on 28th October and today on 4th November again a street dog scratch him with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound and his Last 4th ( Day 28) anti Rabies vaccine is due on 18th November so Should he have to Re-start his anti Rabies vaccine from day 0 or he have to take extra rabies vaccine?
