My husband 34 years old. Complaint nowadays of catch. If he just carries bagpack or bag not much weight. Near chest area. Or back. Today he moved water bucket and got catch on hhis back near shoulder blade left sisde. His keep getting catch When he gets up now. What could be the reason?? Anything to worry?? Hes. Lying down for now. He says as the catch on his back but at the chest level . He feels uncomfortable

And doctor has asked us to take the medicines for 2 years so Wanted to have second opinion for this. Does it really required to take all the medicines for this.much long period? First urine report indicated no blood but presence of pus in urine 6-8. Post which, ceftas 200 was prescribed for 3 days. Now, the urine test was reconducted, pus cells are now 3-4, RBC 15-20, albumin and blood present. Please advise on way forward
