According to my last month report , sugar level fasting was 102 and after lunch it was 115.it is normal ??

I went for blood test today with fasting. But the lab technician is unable draw blood.. he tried on both hands but still not able to draw.. can someone please tell if this has possibility of some serious underlying issue..I never had such problem before.. is it possible that this might happen again next time

I have lgmd.. my feet are very dry...more in winter season now...for getting up from seated position...i have to put pressure on my feet but due to dryness they slide away from floor like carrom coins on carrom board...this reduces my grip...also my urge for urination is very high...i feel will i reach washroom on time or not...i dont have any pain or itching and frequency is 2-3 hours gap. please help..
