Flu

I'm having pain in the back, just at the place where the ribs end. I don't have although problem in breathing but while deep breathing the whole front and back of the ribs pains as if the ribs are blocking the lungs to expand. I'm also having a pain in my waist, which aggrevates when I tend to cough or sneeze. This pain is stagnant. I consulted with the general physician, who recommended  a 5days*2 times  course of Zerodol SP medicine. But during the course of the medicine it seemed to have remediated, but it came back again after the medication. I'm in a lot of pain, Please help

I have been having mild chest pain randomly all across my front chest and my ribs area since last 6 months. Today morning, i felt a pinch kind of pain for less than a second in my left upper back where my heart is . What could it be ? It just happened for a micro second . A nerve issue ?

Dear Doctors, I could see Mild mitral, mild tricuspid regurgitation with Mild pulmonary hypertension in my echo report. Artery pressure has shown as 33mmhg. Does it mean anything serious? Do I need to treat this issue.

My Urea, serum has increased from 21.4 mg/dL to 31.1 mg/dL (between 2019 Apr to 2021 Nov). My Creatinine, serum has come down from 1.01 to 0.92 mg/dL during the same period.  My HBa1C is down from 7.1 to 6.6 during this period. Should I be concerned about the rising trend of Urea in my blood lately. How to bring the Urea level down. Thanks

So, i probably have ibs as well as diagnosed with a gb polyp of size 2.8mm... is this the reason why my weight is falling down? I can't eat spicy food more often, also i sm avoiding fat foods, please tell me how to gain weight with those factors :(. If i eat heavy someday, next day morning i feel a little nauseous until i go for bowel movement.. please help.

My reports ie blood sugar, BP, LFT, KFT, Vit D, B 12, CBC , Lipid profile, Thyoride,Homegram are quite normal. I am facing chest contraction or muscle tightness in chest area,did ecg and other tests it was normal and doctor said its beacuse of gastric and gave medication asked to take untill the pain is relieved and then to stop,but now again i am getting pain,please say the treatment
