I am on antibiotics due to high TLC (22000) from almost one month but no signs of fever, cough or runny nose. PBF test shows neutrophillic leukocytosis. Only problem is fatigue, i have been suffering from extreme weakness from a month. WBC is not decreasing with antibiotics. What's the problem, why weakness is not going?

Is my thyroid report normal ? I see slight INCREASE in T4 LEVEL. After how many months should i test again ?
