Flu

I took covishield 1st dose yesterday at 12.00 afternoon, after taking vaccine around at evening 7 o clock i started to have a mild lower back pain with injection side pain and tenderness. But at night i had a low grade fever, burning eyes, chills, light weakness and body aches. Took paracetamol and got relief. But at morning again i am having body aches, feverish and injection site pain. Is it normal to have this kind of symptoms after vaccination. What precautions to be taken post vaccination side effects.

My husband gets lots of stomach ache if eats outside food . Its paining from a 5 days continuously Not able to eat

First it started with a cold sore on my lower lip, thn second day I got fever with chills. Now it has been three days but no improvement and temperature get increased in night. Also my cold sore converted into mouth ulcer and there is a little pain in my throat as well. Yes headache and body pain but no sign of cold and cough Kindly suggest which medicine I should take.

I have a regular problem of formation of Phlegm and due to this cough is also persist. Medication required.

Suffering from muscle loss and becoming thin even though my diet is good. My arms are becoming thin and I'm also looking thin day by day but weight is ok no major weight loss And what should be the average weight of the 19 yrs old boy.

Currently I am taking Cilacar-T in morning for hypertension. Due to elevated diastolic BP on continuos readings, my doctor advised to add one tablet of Cilnidipine 10 mg at night also. He did not mention any brand. My query is do I need to take the same brand Cilacar  in the evening also or can I go for less expensive different brand at night. Is there any disadvantage in that.

Three years ago when I took Ibuprofen 400mg,I got stomach burning after 12 hours (possible gastritis/ulcer) and after 24 hours also vomiting. This time, I took diclofenac 50mg in the morning and also added Ranitidine 150 mg along with it. Also took it with food. But still, i got stomach burn after 12 hours. I was still yet to take my second dose of diclofenac with Rantac 150 again but this burning episode happened even before that. I have 2 questions 1. Is my stomach too damn sensitive? 2. Or its that the rantidine effect ceases after 12 hours , thats the reason i got stomach burn? But to my knowledge in 12 hours even diclofenac 50 mg dose should have left the body causing no more prostanglandin disruption. 3. How long a single tablet of nsaid disrupts the protective layer ? 4. Will ppi be a sureshot solution? As 1 tab lasts 24 hours . 5. PPI should be taken single dose in the morning followed by the diclofenac twice a day. Or ppi should be b.i.d as well each time with diclofenac?

Haii doctor recently I had jaundice and yesterday I again tested. Doctor said that reports are normal. Can please check and tell me can I get physical relation with my wife. Reports are attached. kindly please check and tell me?

On may 2021 I have three rabbies vaccine shots. Today 31 December 2021 my small cat scratch me can i need again rabbies vaccine shots?

Can MRI of pelvis (done for some other health issue) detect abnormalities in pelvic bones ? If yes, why is there no mention of pelvic bones on the written report ?
