Held urine for many hours.
Hi, I was traveling today, and unfortunately due to heavy traffic and other busy schedules which were extremely important to take part in, I could not pass urine at a normal time. I had to hold urine for about 13 or 14 hours. I'm extremely worried if there will be any harm to the kidneys or other organs. Please help.

Gargles before steam
Can I do gargles before taking steam at night aa I am suffering from cold and sore throat and taking koflet syrup as well.
Or should I do gargles after steam?

Kidney stone pain
My husband Shikhar is experiencing severe pain on the side of lower abdomen which seems like kidney stone pain. He had stones when he was around 20 yrs old.
