My father is a retired businessman. And he faced stress issues all his life and is taking blood pressure medicines since 20 yrs .Thats amlodipine.He is faigued and not social .
I m planning to give him propanol (Beta blocker for fear stress and heart health +Vitamin K2(Natural calcium channel blocker)

Even though various studies are being conducted, supplementation of Vit k is still not recommended globally. Dietary products which are rich in Vit k2 are cheese, egg york, butter and meat. Vit K1 is available in green leafy vegetables. Being vegetarian u can chose from the above foods instead of supplements. Hope i clarified your doubts
