When i am on a bed or resting my heart rate iss in between 63-72. When i woke up from bed and do regular activities like brushing my heart rate increase around 125..that time i felt weak and anxious too... then after it slowly come down after some time around 85-90. What should i do.. Kindly suggest.

Hello, Me, my brother and my husband are living in same flat from past week. We were about to travel when RTPCR reports came and my brother got detected as COVID positive on 13th Jan. He right way started medications as directed by doctor and is now on road to recovery. But today I am coughing and last night I got chills but no fever. I took CALPOL 500mg and before that I was taking Zipod 200mg since I have history of throat infection. Please suggest me what to do. Should I also start medicine of COVID or wait for few more days.

I am on day 10 of Covid.. since yesterday I have breathing difficulties and more spit... My SPO2 is normal.. I feel as if I am breathing fast n short I did 6 minute walking test- my SPO2 didn't drop at all. In practo i have post my hba1c is 5.8 and fasting is 83 and pp is 81. *****After knowing some doctor saying it is pre diabetes in practo app I have consulted a MD, DM to endocrinology (38 yr experience ) The lipid also Normal. The doctor said i an non diabetic patient. My rbc count is low 4.3.turn over low. Thats why hba1c falsely elevated. No clinical correlation found. He prescribed polybion L twice. Why the practo saying PREDIABETES?
