Hi I have query for my wife's health. She is 28 years old mother of 1 baby who is 2 years old still breastfeeding. Her weight is 47 kg and height is 5.2' She has been suffering from tiredness  weakness for few months. Actually from awaking to sleeping body ache muscles pain Burning sensation on toes palms joints pain sore throat  etc are there. Mostly when wake up in morning she has headache back pain in morning and in night before going to bed and burning sensation in toes and palms. So finaly we took health check up of her . Here are some findings 25-OH vitamin d level - 10 (low) Vitamin b 12.                -411 normal ESR                                  -57  very high CRP.                                 0.4  normal Hb.                                    13 Iron levels are normal Thyroid level are normal Hdl ,ldl total cholesterol level is little bit high Have attached CBC levels . Some of them are elevated . Kindly check and advice which treatment medicine to use . Pls

My father was covid positive. Post covid, he had high d dimer around 4.4k which reduced recently to 3.3k with xarelto. TLC is high as 17k and ESR is 140. Chest xray came clear. Having feever between 99- 100 recently. On antibiotics like augmentin 650. Has loss of appetite. Urine Culture came normal. Had 9- 10 pus cells prior to culture.

Chronic problem swelling around gums on right side, specifically at end. On and off feeling of something stuck in throat on same side. Please let me know cause and medication.

Doctor i completed my Last 4th Day 28 anti rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal and today on 5th March 2022 again a street Cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so how many dose of anti rabies vaccine i have to take ?
