How long an open syrup can be used? Till expiry date or is thery any recommended period. kindly suggest.

Hi, I have no medical history. Since 3 years I have been experiencing uneasiness, elevated/irregular heart rate and breathing discomfort after meals. Lying down makes me feel better. I have been ignoring this but it gets troublesome when I am out of home. Please guide me.

When i am on a bed or resting my heart rate iss in between 63-72. When i woke up from bed and do regular activities like brushing my heart rate increase around 125..that time i felt weak and anxious too... then after it slowly come down after some time around 85-90. I was tested covid positive on 5th jan..was on medication and isolation since then.. now its been 10 days.. i have no fever and very mild mild cough... Can i end my isolation and stop wearing mask and gloves at home?? Do i have to get a retest done for covid again to check if negative??

Hello, Me, my brother and my husband are living in same flat from past week. We were about to travel when RTPCR reports came and my brother got detected as COVID positive on 13th Jan. He right way started medications as directed by doctor and is now on road to recovery. But today I am coughing and last night I got chills but no fever. I took CALPOL 500mg and before that I was taking Zipod 200mg since I have history of throat infection. Please suggest me what to do. Should I also start medicine of COVID or wait for few more days.
