Weaning Levocetirizine Montelukast
I have been taking anti histamine almost daily or atleast 20 days a month from last 5 years regularly for allergic rhinitis, runny nose, sneezing and allergic bronchitis symptoms. I started with Ebast M and it stopped working after 2 years , later started Montair LC and symptoms are ok OK except sometimes when I get cold cough infections.. I think my body got so used Montair LC that if I take Montair FX am not able to good sleep and I get anxiety, I need to take Montair LC for sleep and reduce anxiety. Also I am getting itching in hands feet with hives type, when I don't take any anti histamine... Is there a process to wean from anti histamine especially levocetirizine?
