Levocetrizine is an Anti-histamine , used in treating common cold. Sleepiness is one of its common side effects. Hence take this tablet 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. This prevents you from feeling sleepy n weakness during day time. It is generally given in a short course like for 5 days. So once u stop the tablet, the side effects will stop too.
