Sir, i have eat a food salad and something big goes inside my mouth and that night i insert finger to my mouth and i feel like a sudden chest pain too hard and it spread to hands is it heart problem or eshophageal spasm which doctor should i consult

I am facing shortness of breath if I shout or speak loudly, no issues if I speak slowly or normally.what could be the possible reasons for it? Consulted carduolo and took echo test and ecg.all are ok. Please advise

Hello doctor. My father got a TMT test done. The conclusion says "test is negative for exercise induced reversible ischemia". Does this mean everything is normal?

Hello doctor. My father is 49 years old. He has mild hypertension. 147/90. He got 2decho and Tmt done. TMT says "Test is negative for exercise induced reversible ischemia". So doctors says that's normal. In 2d echo, it says concentric hypertrophy. EF is normal. And LV mass is normal too. Only RWT is increased mildly. Rest everything is normal. I wanna know if this is mild hypertrophy or severe? And is it reversible with lifestyle changes and medicine? Please help. We are very worried about his heart health.

My mother's age is 51. Two months ago she was suffering from fever, loss apetiate, pain in hand & leg & also swelling in Leg & that time Urine creatinine, Urea test was normal. So doctor adv  some medicine & told consult after 2 months with some test. Now mother is fine with almost no problem, some times notices that hand & leg fingers are swelling. Today test report: CRP: 5 Esr: 90 FBS: 79 What is the cause of high esr?is it indicate something Serious? She has no problem yet. Now she is fine. Plz help.
