There was no bleeding or Scrach but it was paining. So the next day I went to a Dr he prescribed me painkillers and told me the pain will subside. But now again my head is paining. Please help me dr

I got a belly peircing done about 1.5 months back its been healing pretty normal but theres been discharge once a while but since yesterday morning its been hurting a lot the area looks normal and there is no pain around the area but just the piercing The top ball of the peircing hurts when touched and randomly starts hurting when i walk at times Should i be worried? Or can i do something to look after it on my own?
