If you get up early , go to the toilet and after that have a glass of luke warm water. Then go for a walk for about half hour. After that you can follow your daily routine. All these symptoms of nausea and vomiting will go.

Can be due to  lack of sleep , anxiety or you diet. One should have an undisturbed sleep of 6 to 8 hours everyday. Don't over think.. don't take unnecessary stress. Avoid over eating at night. Keep atleast 2 hours of gap between dinner and sleep. Go for a walk after dinner. Avoid spicy and oily food. Have a light meal at night. Keep your self hydrated.
