Hi, I have small foreign particle (broken part from a toy) stuck in my feet long back and I feel the discomfort more now. Which category of doctor to consult to get it removed? Is it general physician or dermatologist or some one else. Please suggest

Hello doctor , Got Covid postive on 30/12/21 and it's been 7 days till today .Now I am asymptomatic . Am I still contagious and how long should I quarantine my self ? Can I take rtpcr test again?
