D-Dimer is just too high to be trivial. Do you have any calf pain or chest pain?
Next Steps
Consultation with a Physician.

If there is significant formation and breakdown of a blood clot in your body then  your D-Dimer may be elevated. Yes you should consult a general physician in your place for detailed examination and treatment. Don't take it lightly ok I am not trying to scare you but it can be dangerous. It has been seen that COVID causes Hypercoagulability  state and it persists for a long time  even after recovery. You may need blood thinner for few days. I can prescribe but it's always better to get physically examined. Some things are not possible through tele consultation.
