Hello Dr, Is this report a cause of concern and what could be the cause of high pus cells in urine. I was having a slight burning sensation. Will dehydration increases pus cells. Currently, I am on fasting

You have urinary tract infection Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Syrup alkasol 5 ml 3 times in a day ( mix 5 ml in a cup of warm water and drink)
