Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking. Avoid spicy and oily food. Low cholesterol diet. Avoid outside food. Avoid packed foods. Ab tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis. Start some physical exercises on a regular basis. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
