Is cefixime and Amoxicillin are same or can be taken in place for each other.............:..........

I am having pain behind behind my knee to lower back (I don't have pain in lower but feel sensation after sitting long). What can be the reason of this? Is it serious?

Last 4-5 days , she felt a pain sometimes in left lower abdomen to left waist , she has two girl by siger , two operations like gol bludder stone & apendix done in 2002, we want to know the reason of this problem ,  also we can't understand that we have to go in which type of doctor ?? Please suggest ।

I am 37 yrs old male. I got uric acid as 5.9 in my recent blood test report. As per acceptable range it is still not that high but wanted suggestions from experts if it needs to be controlled. For last 3-4 months I am getting severe pain in my joints. Could this be the reason. I am planning to take some more tests soon but still need some option on my uric acid from you guys. TIA.

6-7 months back I discovered a gallbladder polyp of 2.9mm, i am an active exercising person, diet is good and healthy, no junk food. Last year my stomach issues started, during an usg polyp was found. Later during endoscopy it was found h pylori was the culprit for most of the issues.. so want to know, as h pylori affects/alters the fat metabolism, can that be a cause of why the polyp appeared?

आदरणीय सर् मेने 25 तारिक को pinaple का जूस शाम में लिया था एवं कुछ दिन बाद दिन में एक साथ पानी पी लिया था जिसके कारण सर्द गर्म हो गया था पिछले महीने भी सर्दी खंशी हुई थी जिसके लिए डॉक्टर की सलाह पर doxycycline 7 दिन तक ली थी RAT postive था RTPCR नेगेटिव आया था एंटीबाडी 35 थी बाद में चेक कराया था अभी परषों मेरे द्वारा डॉक्टर की सलाह पर amoxilline 500mg लिया था कल भी सुबह शाम लिया था साथ में cheston cold भी लिया था अब डॉक्टर्स का कहना है amoxillin न लेके azithromiin 500 mg शरू कर देंवे मेने दिन का amoxillin नही लिया है एवं मुझे सिम्पटम्स भी अब नही है माइनर सर्दी एवं गले में थोड़ा खराश है में बहुत confusion में हूँ amoxillin कंटीन्यू करूँ एवम कितने दिन तक कंटिन्यू करूँ या azithromicin लू कोई इशू तो नही होगा एवं एक शोंफ फ्लेवर का एंटासिड सिरप भी खाना खाने के बाद ले रहा हूँ उसके 10 मिनट बाद cheston कोल्ड एवं उसके 20 मिनट बाद amoxillin 500mg ले रहा हूँ मेरा bp 125 82 शुगर फास्टिंग 95 एवम बॉडी टेम्परेचर सुबह का 98 एवम शाम का 99 तक जा रहा है मार्गदर्शन हेतु आपसे निवेदन है

My rbc count is 4.31 while WBC is 4800 and hemoglobin is 12. What is the cause? Do antibiotics lower RBC? Please reply.

I had a cold for about 8 days, running nose with excessive white discharge from nose severe headache. I have nose running nose only , severe headache but I do not have enough energy to get up or do any task. I feel tired even by standing for half an hour and tingling sensation/ache is there in legs I can not lie under fan without a light blanket although no fever is there in themometer
