Duphalac is  lactulose it should cause loose motion. Stop giving duphalac. Tell you daughter to change her life style. 1. Drink plenty of water. 3.liters per day. 2. Avoid spicy and oily food. 3. Have high fibre diet. 4. Give her softovac-sf powder 2 teaspoon at night with warm water. 5. Avoid outside food. 6. If she has chronic constipation then get her thyroid profile checked.
