Hi i have low B12 doctor adviced Nervijen injuction  for 5 days.. It should be taken continues 5 days or day after the day.. The doctor i consulted is over seas now i cont able to contact him for dosage check..Pls help

118/65 bp result mother age 48 since a week she don't have sleep even night and day no sleep she complaint. My mothers running age is 52 and she has heriedatery Diabetics and headache . Her sugar is normal as she is taking Gliaid forte 1 and Dapanarma M5 tablet since 4-6 month. For Headache doctor always prescribed her Nexdom 250 or 500 . But suddenly her weight came down from 54 to 50kg. She has little hemoglobin difficiency which we got to know from blood report  .but sugar report and three month average sugar report and urine , cbc reports are normal She cant eat spicy food because itching in mouth like ulcer for that she is using mucopain gel . Is something serious going on with her body or normal symptoms  ? Any extra test need to be carried out ?

Good evng, my nephew is feeling unwell with fever at 101degF, when I gave dolo 650 half tablet the body temperature is normal as 98 in 30 min again the temperature rised to 100degF after 7 hours. Can I give 650 mg half tablet, give any medical suggestion or medication

Hi i am male 35. I checked my bp as a routine check or random check on 18 Jan .it was 140/100.earlier i don't have any complaint of bp or have it but i don't know. But I checked my bp on regular basis it comes always normal 120/80 around.so this time why my bp has increased.my family has a history of this my weight is 86 kg .iwas taking medicine prescribed by Dr from last 6 days.today I went for bp checked in morning without medicine it was 130/90. On the same day I have taken medicine and in evening when I gone for bp checked it was 140/95.why it is so elevated is there any risk or what I don't understand.yes i do smoke eat foods out side but i don't drink.kindlly suggest attached piscribtion of medicine given by Dr.

I have cough which lasts for 4 5 months then it gets cured and again starts and stays for 4 5 months. I had taken medicines but of no use. Please assist me to change my medications if needed. Attaching the prescription.
