After a accident I senceless after sence come I found my self hospital Then doctor say I have Head injury then I get 3 stick on my head Then I noticed I lost my voice Doctor did't found why voice are gone Littirty it's 3 days running I don't speak properly Please doctor suggested me something to get my voice back

So i have completed a course of antibiotics for h pylori already. Did a stool test after 5 weeks of stopping medicines, it came back negative. My symptoms are better than before but sometimes I feel burning in stomach and gnawing, but these symptoms also used to happen before treatment, after treatment the intensity has reduced a lot. If it was 7/10 earlier, its 2/10 now.. But why it is not resolving completely? And also I lost a lot of weight due to this Hpylori and gastritis, how do I gain back weight? My appetite is normal..

Hello doctors, Yesterday a 5 year old boy was talking to me and his spit was flying on my face like my eyes and nose, I later learnt that he's currently taking anti rabies vaccination. Am I at even a slightest risk because his saliva did go in my eyes and nose?? I have taken 5 doses last January 2021, should I take 2 rabies booster doses just to be safe????

My mother has hypertension and diabetes. She takes ramipril 1.5 every morning. Today evening suddenly her pressure raised to 179/100. She took another dose of ramipril 1.5. now her pressure is 156/93. Is this a cause of concern? Please suggest some solution
