I have found to be vit d3 deficient. The result value is 14.89 units. My doctor has prescribed me wal d3 tablet for 8 weeks. I feel pain in my back sometimes. Shall I take any other supplements along with this ?

Got leg pains during my daily 10k steps walking. So got tested fo vit D and B12. My vit d level is 17.33 and B12 is 156. What supplement should i use to overcome this deficiency?

Hi dr. From last 1 month, my nostrils keep flaring itself. I can breathe properly. No problem is there with breathing . I am afraid that it cant convert into my habit as it is really embarassing. She is unable to stand or walk suddenly since this morning. Past few days her bp has been shooting randomly. Goes to 200 and then fluctuates on the higher side. She was on macsart 20mg, we increased the regular dose to macsart 40mg. Giving 2 together as sos when BP shoots. Right now, her body feels drained and she has pain on the right side of her head behind ears. She eats healthy with no sodium or sugar. Bland diet. She is diabetic and in control. BP is not getting uniform, she doesn't feel like standing or walking, and her head hurts. Please help
