I recently tested my Vitamin D levels.. 25OH VITAMIN D test shows my Vitamin D level as 15.97. What supplement medicine should I take to improve my Vit D levels? Thanks

Hi, my mother was prescribed feliz s 20 for depression since September 2021 and she was taking it regularly twice for 4 months then we lowered it to alternative days.. Few days back she stopped it and felt heaviness in head.. then started again. she stopped again this week and now she is feeling diziness since yesterday morning. please guide how should we go about this. should we continue on alternative days, if there are any aide effects if we take for long time. if we can stop the. please tell how to go about it. thank you.

62 years old lady - she went unconscious yesterday for around 5 minutes. Bp was alright, sugar was 201. She had daal chawal in lunch 1 hour ago .
