Had high fever when I had to take my 2nd dose Covid vaccination. Fever continued for next few days and later no symptoms. Is there a possibility that I could have had Covid? Does the vaccination supress the effects of the virus immediately?

I am facing severe fatigue(especially when I wake up) and getting leg and back pain. I delivered 3 months back and had contracted Covid 3 weeks back. My MCV and MCHC are slighly below normal, HB is normal and vit D deficient(17) and B12 is towards the lower end of the range(but within it) platelet count 130 What may be the cause for my symptoms

I am taking medicine of hypertension since 5 months, my bp was ok when i take medicine but for now from past 3 weeks my bp could not get normal, in the morning it used to be 150-160/90-100 and in the afternoon and night it is 135-140/85-90, so what shall i do to normal my bp?
