Sir before 2-3 years my tooth is half broken in an accident I am attaching pic please see it since then every 2-3 month one time there is pain for 1-2 days in that teeth do I need any medical intervention for this is this serious

One fine morning blood clot right under the skin started appearing under the skin, dark maroon in colour. One below the collar bone and one in the fold of the hand. I am sure about it that mother did not fall down or get hurt as she lives with me. Which type of doctor shall I consult? She used to get small clots earlier but this time the size is a little big about an inch.

Hi , Before covid my weight 74 kg after covid I was 66 , two years span I was slightly increased weight. Past one month I am losing weight currently 64. My food habit also changed from last 3 months , I am eating twice 11am and 6 pm. Please suggest. Thanks
