Nausea, nausea become worse just after eating something,heartburn ,stomach ache, bloating, gastric, tired, exhausted. I am a patient of vertigo.

Suddenly I started having pain in my left head and ear and also in face. It was too painful I had a painkiller it subsided for a bit still I can feel the pain. I don't understand why I am having it. Even every morning I get up I get cold and continue to sneeze and after bath it subsides and if not then I do take Levocetrazine. Why I am getting this pain in ear and also cold every morning ?kindly help.

I took a CBC test as a general checkup. All values are normal. But 2 values are irregular. MCH value is 26.9 [ref. range 27-33 pg] ESR - 46 mm/hr [ref. range 0-15 mm/hr] Is the esr high due to mch related because the dlc count is normal.
