Flu

I have Vit B12 in rang of 160. Hence i started taking Nervijen a week ago. But this tablet did not suit me and cause side effects like difficulty in urination. Which other tablet can i take for vitamin B12 deficiency. I do not have any other medical problem / allergy.

Down with flu and had been blowing my nose vigorously...I one instance a big blob of bloody mucus came from the nose. Is it something to be worried about ?

- Whole Body Pain (Feels like each and every joint is aching all the time) - Neck and Shoulder Pain (Left side Radiating from Neck to Shoulder) - Headache (Right eye area, medium severity of 5-6) - Loss of Appetite (feel like i want to eat a lot but when i go to eat i cant eat more than 1 or 2 bites) - very low Energy (Feels difficult to standup if i am sitting even) - Whole body feels shaking from inside, kind of shivering Feeling - Pain in Lower waist and abdomen, similar to what i feel while on periods - Feel like darkness in vision if i stand up suddenly from sitting position

Am having sometimes sharp chest pain on different locations but specifically in left side only . One of the doctor said it is costochondritis . And another doctor said it is anxiety related. Chest pain which is radiating sometimes to arm and shoulder, but no shortness of breathe and my ecg, 2d echo, troponin ,chest xray all came normal ..pls help me how to get rid of this pain , am panicking too much whenever this pain occurs

My TSH is showing 24.89 uIU/ml. What dose of thyroxin should I take. I don't have any other problem.

My child was having little cough and gave levolin .63 nebulizer...he did pretty well so I stopped it after 2-3 days... Now he is having non stop coughing...nothing is working out.. Pls help what can be done...will levolin and budecort nebulizer still work or not ?? Age is 5 years kid ...pls help
