Hi doc
My father,a known diabetic and hypertensive was suffering from fever since 5 days .on day 3 we got his cbc done where his platelet count was 120000 .today on day 5 we repeated his cbc, his platelet count is 30000 but dengue ns1 turned out to be negative. Clinically he appears to be improving because only fever is present since beginning and now it is subsiding .no other complaints except body pains and back ache
Dengue malaria and typhoid were tested and are negative
