I am facing brittle nails from past six months.My nails cut and break on its own as and when they grow. I am taking vitaminD and biotin supplements from last two months but it is not helping at all. Kindly suggest me ways to stop this problem.

Hi, This October 2022 month has been tough health wise. First I had a ear infection(due to deviated septum, treated with antibiotics), then had a boil that would not go(treated with antibiotics), then a viral fever for 2-3days, and now have loose motion accompanied by fever Is there anything I can do to avoid such frequent infections?

Hi Doctors, Past few months before periods I'm having shortness of breath and chest pain. It happens before periods only. This chest pain and shortness of breath makes my anxiety levels increase. Is it something serious related to lung or heart? During shortness of breath my spo2 and heart rate seems normal .please advise

Is it ok to take mucinac 600 for 5 days two times a day, actually last week I consulted doctor for voice change and doctor find inside my mouth infection is there give antibiotics and advise to gargle but still I'm sometimes getting wet mucous like cough .Also I'm not getting continuously only thrice a day.So is it ok to take mucinac 600 for 5 days which will clear my mucous.please advise.
