I have generalized chronic body pain in upper part of body since last 10 years. Neck pain and pain in chest center junction. All MRI, CT scans and blood reports are always normal. No physician or rheumatologist or orthopedic could help. Pl help me any doctor.

Crawling sensation in skin folds( under breast, armpits, lower abdomen, groin area, behind knee, toes). I feel those sensations through out the day when my body is on rest position. I had scabies infection 2 months back. I dont have any rash or etching. Can scabies or my body immune system this type of sensations due to scabies infection and any other problem?
