Control Triglycerides and Cholesterol
I have recovered from Dengue fever just 1 month ago and during Lipid profile test following parameters observed and doctor has given medicine so can I avoid it by controlling food habit (i am prone to fast food consumption) and walking around 10+15 minutes on daily basis Bp: 110/80 Sugar: No (fasting 90, HBA1C: 5.5) Height: 6" Weight: 79 Body type: Slim Lipid profile result  Total cholesterol: 189 Triglycerides: 218 HDL cholesterol: 35 Non HDL cholesterol: 154 LDL cholesterol: 110 VLDL cholesterol: 44 CHOL/HDL Ratio: 5.40

Lab results show cholesterol at upper normal range.HDL low , borderline LDL and increased tryglycerides.Avoid fatty food spicy food and minimise alcohol consumption. Drink lots of water,use lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Minimum 30 minutes of walking everyday 5 days in a week.
