My sister is 16 years old. She will be 17 on November 25. Everything is fine she doesn't have any symptoms. But she has pulse rate of 103. And she also have irregular periods from last year. I have to say that she doesn't follow a healthy life style eat junk food and doesn't exercise. Her higher plus rate is making me worry. Any suggestions?

My wife aged 38yrs is having TSH 5.18 IU/mL on 02.04.2022 we refer doctor and advised to take Thyronorm 12.5mcg once a day at morning . On dated 28.05.2022 the reading was 3.680 IU/mL , the same medication continued. Now on 14.08.2022 the reading was 0.750 IU/mL. Pl advise whether she has to continue the same medication.

My question is are my Cholestrol levels normal: Total Cholestrol- 180mg/dl LDL: 113mg/dl HDL: 42mg/dl Triglycerides: 125mg/dl VLDL: 25mg/dl In the last 3 months I have got my Cholestrol checked 3 times and HDL level have dropped from 62 to 55 to 42, is it something to worry about?

I have done ct coronary angiography on 7/1/2021. Comes normal and zero calcium score. Purpose: ecg shows st chnages in avf iii, inferior wall ishaemia. Recently I have pain in hand and back (which resolve automatically before 14/08/2022. Stay for 1 week) Now I have no pain . Two tmt test done after 3 days interval One tmt test become negative ** Other mild positive due to st depression in inferior leads What should I do? My 5 YO son got scratch in fingertip by teeth of a friend’s vaccinated pet dog on 12Aug. Dog is fully vaccinated and good health. Friend said, no worries as the dog is vaccinated and there was no visible blood. I did not even wash the scratch. Now,on 19Aug (7 days later) my son had loose motion. My wife has phobia of dogs and she connected the two events (she is paranoid). So, on 20th Aug we went to doc. Doc said, we should get vaccinated on day 0. But, we can start our vaccine now also and the stomach issue is not related. Said if the dog is fine for 10 days, there is no worry. Yet, she gave VAXI RAB- N on the thighs on 20th. She asked to come on 27th for the next dose. Dog is OK as of now. So, I have 2 queries: 1.       If dog is OK after 10 days, should I stop worrying? 2.       Vaccine is given on- 0, 3 7, 14, 28. But, we took the 1st dose on 8th day. So, next dose should be on 3rd day from now or 7th day from now? Doc suggested 3 doses- and next dose is after 7 days. M confused

Hello, can Tetanus Toxoid and Anti rabies vaccine be given at same time but on different arms after bite exposure? Is it necessary to get TT within 24 hrs of bite or can be taken within 48 hours also?

My friend was 78kg 2.5 months back now he is around 64-65 kg . He had serious illness 1 month back ( malaria , not sure though as in two days report was positive then negative ). He has  chest to abdomen pain (mild ). He coughs and then he vomits since last 1 month. He didn't took food during starting of his illness. Is weightloss related to his illness?
