I have a hard lump on the inside of my mouth (inside of my lower lip) for a week. It is a hard lump and does not cause any pain. What is it?

I am leaving away from my Home in pg because of my College but i am facing growling issue ( or continuos less hearable sound in my stomach) full day from few months this will distract in my study . I want to ask does change in drinking water cause this i think the water in this area was hard but ro was installed in my Pg . Ps : - So does drinking water can be the reason for growing issue

Hello doctor, I'm having a left arm pain(sometimes chest and back pain) since 3days. So yesterday consuted the doctor and done with ecg. Doctor said ecg is normal and prescribed following medcine. Please go through the ecg and prescription and let me know do u have to consult cardiologist or this is enough. Arm pain is quite constant. Thank you in advance.

Hi Doctor, Few days back  ,while playing I was having chest pain,then heavy head feeling and feeling like fainting with sudden sweating,then I was unable to move my hands,unable to talk and unable to move my eye for few second ,body temperature dips and  feel that cold in my skin ,That time also I was having flatulence which causes urge to poop. I did an ECG on that day ,but it was normal . Can you please update what could be the issue. Thanks
