I did bath after 2 hrs of taking rabies vaccine is it ok please let me know whether it affects the vaccine effectiveness

Recently i was diagnosed with cataract at an age of 27... Didn't know the cause but came to know that having early onset cataract maximise the risk of developing cancer in future years... What should i do to avoid that... And can i check that what cause my cataract?

My 2d echo repost says mild tricuspid regurgitation and mild pulmonary hypertension pasp 38 mmHg does mild TR and mild PH can become severe in future I have no heart or lung disease 2d report is normal just mild TR and mild PH is it a cause of concern?

I had fever from last few days and my doctor gave me Taxim o Tabs but still I was getting night fevers everyday with a lot of tiredness and feeling energy less. Doctor i am previously vaccinted with 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 5 month's Ago and due to dog nail Scratch i took TT and 2 intradermal rabies vaccine booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 i took Last booster dose on 4th September 2022 but today on 17th September A Street Cat scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies Vaccine ?

How can I get a complete body checkup for my family? What will be the charges for it and when and  how it will be conducted ?

I have Dveniz 50 mg prescribed as antidepressant. It worked ok initially helped me but later the effects were rare and I had stopped using it. I am starting it again because I now experience severe depression, I cant express my thoughts clearly when I speak I am I either get lost in conversation or search for words to respond. I mean its like off n on when interacting with anybody I respond once and then my brain goes blank, its like thinking and communication doesnt go well with me. Thinking and speaking becomes difficult for me. I usually think it as could be Vertigo but its depression and I feel it every second. cant go out, cant walk, weak and stressed all the time, thinking about how I am doing simple things all the time like how I am walking, is somebody watching me like that when I am outside and I feel stressed and embarassed to talk even. I cant respond clearly while talking n speaking as I take a lot of time to put my thoughts into words and I respond some random unrelated.

What is the treatment for ulcer in upper gum. It is painful when eating or anything touched to this. I am continuing b complex tablets
