I have anxiety disorder ,when i feel anxiety my readings shows 160/100, 150/100.in normal times my Bp shows up to 140/90.i have attached last 3 days bp monitoring.should i have bp or not.should I use tablet for this??

Photos attached Toe nail pain and itching started with redness all of sudden its growed like redness and looks like nail is coming out . Toe nail started later shifted to other finger also kindly advice what is that why it will happen . It was 21st Oct when I first had fever and it reached upto 104°F for 2 days. After medications it was gone. 2nd Nov I was again down with fever and it reached 104°F again and remained for 3-4 days. After that I got hospitalized and later was diagnosed with positive for dengue. As my platelets were in control, I got discharged at 9th Nov. Today, 26th Nov, I'm again down with fever. I haven't ate anything junk. I'm just having mild cold. After the pandemic (never tested covid negative, have got both doses of covaxin) I have been very prone to diseases especially fever. Also my physical fitness has degarded, I just die after running even 250m. My BMI is also underweight. What shall I do to increase my immunity? Or is the fever because of some other problem?

After eating sporidex cv 375, i am having loose motions since 1 day. Today was my last day of medicine which i was prescribed due to tonsillitis/acute pharyngitis. I have bought bifilac probiotic for this, is that enough or should I take something else too?

I am having antibiotic associated diarrhoea as I was taking sporidex cv 375 for tonsils. Also, as I am travelling, i had dehydration too due to low water intake! Please help me out to tackle this diarrhoea. So far I started taking bifilac since yesterday night. My antibiotics course also ended last night.

My fasting sugar n pp is 110 and 122 respectively and hb1ac is 6.4. Do i need any medication to control my sugar level in blood?

Hi, I'm 22 years old male and my haemoglobin count is 18.5 My RBC count is 5.95 and also my PCV is 52. I have a good diet which includes oats, seeds, vegetables, chicken and home made Staples. I am really worried about my high counts. What can be the reason and what should be the next steps?

I am suffering from a wet cough and sounds like wet cough for last 5 days  And nose remains bock . I keep cleaning my nose throuout day but still nose fill with mucus which is white or colurless. And when I cogh to spit out cough it create pain in chest and stomach . And now chest and stomach muscles remain pain whenever I cough. And in night I can't sleep for 1 hour. Ever interval of 2-3 minutes i cough and spit. Then finaly i lie on stomach than I feel good for some extent and sleep after 2-3 am. I am currently taking ascoril ls syrup and ampicilin tablets. I have to go in marriage after tomorrow for two days outstation. And it's mandatory for me. So suggest me some tabs combination of antibiotics and cough medicine. No fever. No other symptoms.

Sir my mother have bp high and cholesterol high...also have hypothyroid...is she can take kiwi fruit regularly?
