If you have low vitamin B 12 then you can suffer from pernicious anaemia.
You can show some symptom like peripheral motor neuropathy
As decrease in reflex in hand and leg
And pain in hand and leg and
numbness also present.
Next Steps
Take Cap Meganeuron 1 time per day for 1 month after food for Vitamin B12
and eat Vitamin B12 containing food.
