Since many months i I have been suffering from gastric complaints like blotting, abdominal have a nice, chest pain etc.. Had a usg showing fatty liver n prostrate enlargement grade 1 I was advised and Mri abdomen and pelvis. Abdomen is normal but pelvic study shows this finding. Sir I took cbc and here are my result attached It shows high lymphocytes and low neutrophils ,low monocytes I have symptoms of dizziness and chills and cold feets,hands,,mild weakness Please tell me Is it infection or cancer ? Report says mild lymphocytes whatdoes that mean? A wound on my left ankle. It's been around 3 weeks. Presently I'm cleaning with the Dettol antiseptic and removing the yellow skin except the scab. After cleaning I'm applying the neosporin powder. It healed a lot. But now it looks like this (see photo 2). Photo 1 is 10 days back. What should I do? Also I'm not having any pain and not on any antibiotics presently.

I had viral few weeks back, during that period I had a episode of palpitations+tanglings before bowel moment and heavy weakness+sweating+chills after that. After fever went off every thing was good but had weakness+numbness + tingling. But suddenly yesterday night some where around 3 in morning I had the same episode.
