Check her blood pressure to see if it's controlled.If her BP reading is normal you can give her paracetamol ,meva 200 mg once daily and pantaprazole 40 mg once daily.As she is an elderly person with asthma and blood pressure, avoid using NSAID like brufen ,meftal etc
