I am male age 18, height - 6 feet ,weight 96 kg .... I am preparing for bodybuilding competition it is in 3 months.... I do heavy lifting.... But since a few days i feel a small lump tight ball under my skin on the left upper thigh... Groin area... I have no pain or anything its just there.... The bulge is always there, while standing or laying down all the time.... even when i squeeze it its not painful.... but if i squeeze too hard it hurts a little.... I cant push it down it doesn't go anywhere.... Its like a small rubber ball under skin... Is it hernia? Or what is it...

Good evening sir / madam, am having head and neck pain since three days head feels tight pressure like on top and sides also neck front muscles are tight near throat area and back of head exactly in the middle on my neck theres a pain when i bend forward.
