I feel very tired whole day and have enough sleep then also I feel sleepy and no energy to work or study...my mood also changes suddenly...why so...I have hypothyroidism from last 6 years. Plz suggest what to do.

Hi doctor, my mother 50/F hypertensive and diabetic has fever, cough and cold since yesterday it was very painful for her, so I have her a paracetamol but the headache is the same, is there any medication or any other way i can give her to relief her from the headache as she is suffering from it Please help doctor!, TIA

Hi Doctors, My daughter tested positive yesterday and here are the details N GENE CT VALUE 21.29 ORFLAB CT VALUE 23.94 S GENE CT VALUE 25.17 Prior getting the results, she did consulted PHYSICIAN and doc prescribed COVATIL 250(assuming viral fever) But after consuming that tablet, her throat infection got worse and not even able to swallow saliva. Her O2 is 98 and fever is at 100 after taking dolo. Can she continue same Covatil tablet? Or can you please suggest what needs to be done considering it's Covid I am worried. (She started with soar throat and have all symptoms like running rose, body pains, shivering etc ) Thank you all in advance..

But because of budget problem and less knowledge done brain mri and ear screeningi. Please let me know was it done correct or not Ear pain started before six months with urine infection. I have fever in morning everyday. My both nostril is dried. My eye,my palm and my sole are burning from fever. Every morning mucus comes from my mouth. I have headache every morning. During sleeping one of my nostril get blocked due to which headache become more severe every night. Its been happening from the last one year. So please check in the image where i have encircled, just above my buttock cleft, there is a bone(felt only when you palpate), and it's not cyst for sure, its a rock hard bone.. Is that normal anatomy? I am much scared! No pain, but i am obsessed with checking it again and again by rubbing :/. I googled something and scary things came up, which i regret. But can it be the normal sacrum bone? Please help me! When i rub it i feels like jelly type, when i palpate the muscle, did i over do massaging/palpating that due to that area is inflamed and feels jelly type? Note: no pain no burning.

Hi Doctors I went for typhoid IGM test which came as reactive and widal was also showing positive typhoid. So , I took the typhoid treatment for 14 days. So, I just wanted to know after how much time I can again test for Typhoid IGM Test? And for how much time after being treated for typhoid, the typhoid IGG & IGM remain positive? Hi Dear Doctor's I had a ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis because my urologist had said to get it done kidney urinary related everything is normal, but it shows I have one 13mm Gall stone and grade 1 Fatty Liver rest of everything is normal in scan, and have elevated cholesterol Total cholesterol - 218, Triglycerides 255, Ldl - 125, Hdl - 40. but I don't have any symptoms.. I have uti and getting treatment for it course is going on, my urologist says only option is I need to have Gallbladder surgery, but I don't want to have surgery can u plz tell me can I start taking ursocol 300mg for stone if yes how many times a day and for how long? And also about diet, please reply request u to kindly give me a solution, I would be very grateful, instead of just telling to consult online, may God bless u all..
