Hi i'm 26 year old male regular gym going person, maintened wieght. I have noticed that from last few months that whenever i eat breakfast i feel drowsy not everyday, its like one time a week . My mother was having fever so we did some test and the test result read Dengue fever ns1 - 13. Typhidot/salmonella typhi IgM is positive. What does this mean? Is she having typhoid and dengue simultaneously? How bad is Dengue fever ns1 - 13?

If the doctor presses the right side of the abdomen and the patient has pain, does it mean hepatomegaly? My doctor performed this test and diagnosed hepatomegaly without asking to go for usg. Does right side pain on pressing signify liver enlargement? Thank you
