Your liver enzymes  are fine.bilirubin is slightly high.did u recently have any infection?
Next Steps
for  fatty liver....diet and exercise weight management  to  prevent further progression.good to check blood sugar

Your lipid profile results are normal Liver function tests are alright. If the ultrasound scan liver has detected grade 1 fatty liver, you can avoid fatty and oily food ,avoid alcohol consumption and start exercising regularly for 30 minutes a day .Your liver enzymes are normal ,so you don't need to be concerned about it.
